Just a few minutes ago in Publix, the bagging lady couldn't communicate with her fellow cashier because she spoke Creole. Creole and French are almost the same, (Creole = broken French) so I used what I learned in French class assisted by some awkward hand motions to get the point across and I helped them communicate! I'm curently taking French III and although I'm not fluent yet, I'm getting there. I can maintain basic conversation, I'm so proud of myself! I plan on traveling so learning many languages is something I plan on doing. Anyways, I speak fluent Spanish, it was my first language. I speak English (obviously) and I almost speak French. Anyone else? Peace and Love, John. P.S. I'm kind of waiting for bird_Migration and redye to blow us all away!
Do you mind helping me in French? Perhaps, writing me a big paragraph of basic French stuff and I'll try to translate as best I can. Please nothing too hard.
sure but.. I mean if you want basic French you could just go to Yahoo.fr and read the French news or something..
Just a little bit of what I know. It's hard to recall right on the spot. El espaƱol es facil. Mucho mucho mas facil que el Frances. Todo las palabras kasi suenan lo mismo no? Buenos, to veo ahorita, chao.
I speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish. My French needs some work as it has been a while since I was there.
see, lode knows. i think i'll make that my signature or something. LODE KNOWS: AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE.
