First, the incident I posted about actually occurred a few years ago. Yes, I have kids. Do you need the age and sex of the kids when the original incident occurred, or do you need the ages and sexes of the kids now?

I also have a dog(s). Do you need to know the ages, sex and breeds of the dog(s) when the original incident occurred, or again, when it recently ran through my memory bank.
