Sources for research paper

    For my Psychology/Sociology class, I am doing a paper on how drug laws affect drug abuse rates. I plan to point out the lower percentage of heroin addicts in Holland than in the US, and the high rate of drug abuse here despite so many laws, but anything else or supporting sources would be great. Can you help me out?
