I posted this in the Art forum, but might as well give it a go here too.

Do you know of any decent sound-mixing software? I'd like to be able to cut up different tracks of music and sound clips, and layer them, w/ the ability to adjust the volume of each track (and maybe digitally alter the sounds as well).

I'd also like to be able to do this for free or cheap. Any ideas? Oh, and the easier to use the better! I ain't so edukated ya kno

    Hello Rigamarole,

I use: 'MP3Maker', 'MTV Music Generator', and 'Cakewalk'.

    Got'em all at Staples.

Each program can move between digital and analog manipulations.

For the price, these are really cool tools.
