What is "EMIT, RADIATE, ELECTRONIC, ELECTROMAGNETIC,
PULSE, BEAM, SIGNAL or MICROWAVE" ????

That's 3 states, Michigan, Massachusetts and Maine in the United States that acknowledge the existence of "Deadly Electronic Weapons"

I am now trying to find laws for Canada.

These exsist on the street ???
