First off, It was written for a rock star, but I can't say which one. If you can guess, then that's cool bt it's slightly personal. He's very famous anyway.

Well, future rockstar, being a rockstar is all about doing what the fans/press/record labels want. Can you name a rocker or band that became famous all over the world by using a freeform piece like the one you wrote?

 

syd barrett did a bit of stuff like that ;P Not much though..

 

Syd Barrett wasn't too famous, though... I always coincided "rockstar" with being "incredibly famous."

 

The song reminds me of Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone", as in I could set the lyric's to it.

It's a start. Certainly better than anything I could ever come up with. I prefer prose.

Nope. I did write one for him too though. God my heart bleeds for him as well.
