I must be losing it. I wasn't myself today, nothing felt right. I would be talking to my co-workers, but it wasn't me talking, it almost felt like thinking out loud. I couldn't wake from it. I came home and slept for a few hours and am feeling a little better. It's weird.
That can be a good experience too. If you can let go of that it's weird, it's actually pretty relaxed You can be all talking to your co-workers and be in bad situations and under stress while you stay so close to yourself thats it's just blah blah blah and the stress don't have any effect on you. Eh did you feel like you were centered in the middle of your body and really felt like 'my head is talking'? instead of I am talking? Yip, well.
Did you feel disattached from yourself? Was what you were saying not exactly registering in your mind when you said it out loud?
