Well, one of the dreams I had this morning was that I went to a club and took off my shoes and left them in a corner near a podium. When it was time to leave the club, my shoes had been stolen. I investigated the matter, and some people were being furtive, so I lucid dreamed up some superpowers to get my shoes back. I dont remember it too well because its past midnight now. For some reason, the thought of having my shoes stolen seemed one of those very symbolic things when I was on the train thinking. I guess my mind wants me to find out why I dreamt about my shoes being stolen. Any ideas what it might mean?

Yeah kinda, I figured out how to when I was a kid, it was the only way to get around the nightmares I would have. When I was in my 20's I kinda got lax on it, so I don't do it as much anymore, but sometimes something kicks in and I decide to take control of the dream.

The trick for me was first learning to recognize when I was in a dream. Since I had bad nightmares, it kinda forced me to learn that. Then, I would make myself wake up by closing my eyes in the dream for about three seconds. When I opened them again, I would be awake. Then, I began to become more and more aware when I was dreaming, and would end up doing things like flying, or *ahem* meeting women. Some dreams I would have all kinds of superpowers, like super strength, and telekinesis. I don't know why I got lax on it, I guess it kinda got boring after a few years. I decided I wanted to just let the dreams come.
