    i have been using auyervedic diet and medicine recently following a really dire 18 months of health issues i have found it really helpful

    and my favourite cure all is tumeric - if you can't get the root for juice you can always put the powdered version in a little hot milk. it doesn't taste the best but it works.

    Adelle Davis got many things wrong but her book "Let's Eat Right To Keep Fit" has not been revised since 1974.She was a sincere person who became trailblazer for other nutrition writers.
