If anyone out there knows about them or about technical electrical jargon (watts, amps, volts, etc) this one is for you.

So I have a panel, it's 13 watts, and I'd like to get it up and running. I went to my local battery store (yes, they sell nothing but batteries) and was pretty flummoxed by all the choices. So can anyone direct me to a webpage that describes how to choose a battery, an inverter, or anything else I might need? Or just explain to me in simple English what I should be looking for.

    Cheers
