"Soft" flashing by ladies

Ladies, and husbands, boyfriends. If you, or your wife, gf ever thought about trying 'soft' flashing of panties, legs, loose blouses, etc, then now, while mask-wearing is no longer compulsory, but still acceptable out in the world, will be the time for her to give it a try. Completely anonymous and no one can tell their identity.

My studies show that approximately 40% of ladies of varying ages, indulge in such activities 'now and then'.
The reasons given are usually, 'It's just fun." or "It breaks the monotony of daily life."

So use the masks now, try it a bit, maybe push your limit a bit, and be the 'unknown' female who made the day for a random male.

So few ladies on Hip lately. Must try to stir up the timid wives and girlfriends into action.

 

I've always appreciated those women who, on windy days, wear skirts or dresses without panties or with sheer-top pantyhose on crowded downtown sidewalks.

It isn't exactly a flash, except that it's foreseeable that the wind will do its thing. Maybe there's also the added excitement that she can't control who gets a look. The gusts are fairly random, so too are those who get to see. Pictured below: the moment after the wind-driven flashing. I love the look on her face.

These days, most people are looking down at their own phones as they walk, so only a show for those of us who don't carry a phone and happen to be in the right place at the right time.

I know that my ex-wife used to flash guys at work when she wore skirts, because she told me so. She cultivated the image of a serious professional, so I'm sure she made it look accidental, or as if she didn't know what was showing.

That's exactly as, from my research shows, what many of the 40% who indulge use as the technique. Plausible deniability, "I didn't do it, It just happened."

Most women aren't brazen hussies or exhibitionists, it's simply as many of them put it, "just a bit of excitement for fun".

Now if we can convince our timid lady partners a bit.....
