What's on everyone's agenda for today? Anything exciting? Anything that's gonna make for a good story later tonight when this place is deader than a doornail? I know I won't be helping, I have to study. Boourns. BUT my dad's in town so we're having dinner, which is nice. I bet we have some cow! I could use some cow. Mmmm....cow.
my agenda for today involves making a stop to get some tampons and some beer.. and then coming home after work to relax and play LIFE yehawww, fun huh
NO WAY, there's a Monster Inc version, holy hell.. correction: picking up Monster Inc version on Life, along with beer and tampons...
I seldom play board games, but I was undefeated at scrabble this last visit home. AND KIM KEPT TELLING ME SHE WAS THE QUEEEN...HA!!!!! I play Magic The Gathering and Rummy sometimes, but Pther than the last time at scrabble I dont think I played a board game in 7 years....
scrabble used to be one of my mother's favorite board games so I used to play a game with her yrs ago but haven't played it for years. Seeing as today is my day off from work, I'll probably end up playing a few different games online tho...backgammon, collapse, & reversi. Then I also have some major cleaning to do in the kitchen...wash dishes, clean out frig & freezer
I played those too with my brothers. They also liked "stratego" & 1 brother taught me how to play "chess" when I was in 8th or 9th grade.
Chess and Risk are two of my favorites. Chess is easy to get started playing, hard to get really good at.
Online I like to play Bejewelled because I like the noises it makes lol the guys "EXCELLENT" like he's some sort psycho haha plus I can do it and have confabs at the same time - I struggle with multitasking, despite being a woman. The ultimate game is Twister...and there's so many fun versions. My favourite is "tackle the Persian" Twister haha
I love Twister, it's the best game ever. Strip Twister especially. I like Trivial Pursuit too. When I was about 10, I developed a great strategy on how to win and it has yet to fail. And no, the strategy is not called cheating.
I love trivial persuit. it was one of the last board games I played 7 years ago or so. but I gave my game set back to the salvation army right before I joined the Navy.
