This girl just filed a restraining order against me for "stalking" her.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke, cause I think she might like me. I just got on facebook and said hi, and she sent back "please leave me alone, you're scaring me"

it got really akward after that. What do you guys recomend when I face moments of weirdness like this?

And should I ask her out? If so.... Facebook, email, or texting?

 

she just filed a restraining order, the chances are she doesn't like you and you probably shouldn't ask her on a date. I'd just leave her alone, to be on the safe side of things.

I would show up at her place unannounced in your underwear (so she doesn't feel threatened) and tell her she is your soulmate (just be honest) and that you can't live without her

try not to be overbearing though, just be chill and nonchalant about it

If you have received official notification of this order from your local Sheriff's office, then it cost her REAL MONEY to file it with the courts. Certainly no less than $50, could be 2 or 3 times that....If this is the case, I would think she JUST MIGHT be serious.

And.. I've done this a few times before, and she always pretends to call the police. Should I cut her phone lines in advance, or is that bordering on creepy?

(I'm pretty sure the fact that she seems to be trying to avoid me and making everything I say to her akward just means that she's playing hard to get.)

she really is just playing hard to get, but that just means you have to play harder.

my personal suggestion is to burn her house down, including her family, dog, and all her possessions. that way she has no choice but to be with you.

idk though, it seems extreme now but from the signs you've told us, it's what she truly desires.
