Not too sure. I remember browsing this site before, but I can't remember if I managed to register or not.

Anyways, I'm peppersal, but you guys can call me by whatever nickname you can come up with, that involves my username.

I've been around the Internet for quite some time, and I have to say that my favorite sites involve forums, like these. I've been on the hunt for a cool looking one for a very long time now, so I've decided to give HF a shot; see how it goes.

I'm currently studying 3d animation, and let me tell you it's the biggest mistake I've ever made. I wanna work with comic books better, so will be studying sequential arts at some point. I'm a very lazy person, and I procrastinate a lot, so let's see what happens

Here's some facts: I'm in an LDR (long distance relationship), don't know what to call my sexuality, I like to self harm, watch cartoons, browse tumblr, listen to music, kind of a masochist in a way, animal lover, lazy ass, shy in person, fat, genderfluid (biologically female tho), I believe in a lot of things, first language is spanish (puertorrican), etc.

Welp, that's all I got for now. Any questions, just ask away.

Welcome.I am hoping to get into animating myself, although it will probably be quite naive and unsophisticated at first attempts.I'm story-boarding a short piece to go with some music I've written right now.Can you recommend a good entry point animation software for Macs,If you happen to know?

    hello and welcome!

the forums can be a bit rough at times. I'm guessing that people who SH may tend to be a bit vulnerable, so these forums are not always a good environment for that.

you might want to check out www.suicideforum.com to talk to a community about SH

you're welcome to do that here too, particularly in the mental health forum.

these forums might be good for talking about other stuff though

Thank you all for the welcomes. I'm kinda surprised that SH was emphasized. Yes, it's kind of a hobby for me, it's something I kind of enjoy doing. At times, it does serve as relief for hard moments, but I mostly do it because I like the aftermath. I never cut deep, they're just scratches, literally, but I do many of them at a time. There's something about the red that's visually appealing and satisfying to me. Ah, look at me, I sound like a creep.

Don't worry guys, I'm not suicidal or anything, I'm fine. Thanks for the concern. I'm really just looking for a chill place to hang out at the moment. As for the dude with the animation question, I don't use Macs, sorry.

Sorry for the double post, but to ensure that it's seen; where exactly are the rules of the site?

Ha ha! I've studied it a bit myself...
monstrous learning curve, very difficult technical stuff to reconcile for right-brained people.
Work on your drawing skills, but don't give up on the CG stuff. It'll sink in eventually.

    Welcome to the site!

Lol, no thanks. I can't wait to graduate already and move on. I honestly hate 3d animation. As much as I enjoy watching it, making it is just hell for me. And I don't have patience for that shit.

Thanks for the welcomes, once again.
