yeah but people are stupid and they'd prolly follow his diet thingie anyways.
no he fell off of a ladder i think .....though he had health problems
I have lost 50 lbs in the last year ......all I did was watch my calories and eat healthier
i just think it's so funny how some people think they can sit around eating steak and cheese and be healthy. haha.
Actually, he did die from heart disease, but not clogged arteries which is what everyone expected. They did do an autopsy from what I understand and his arteries were OK. Not that I eat that diet, so don't think that. HaHaHaHa. As a side note, on a report my doctor did about me, she called me "well nourished". HaHa. Nice way of saying chubby, isn't it?
See? There ya go.. to make a bold statement: low carb diet (or maybe more specific, the Atkins/'you can eat as much yummy thingies as you want" diets) are for lazy people that want short term succes.
Just eat more healthy and maybe exercise more.. and if that doesn't help go seek adive from a food specialist.. I don't need any diet and I still went to see on because I wanted to know if I was getting all the right stuff since I'm a veggie for over 5 years now.. she had some good advice and recipes
Good for you. Did you do it slow?, cuz I am worried about flabby skin. I know a couple of girls who lost weight fast and they are loose bags of skin. Ewww. Looking good in clothes and not so much naykid.
Crap, sorry about the double post.
yeah I did it real slow.... try not to lose too much weight at once, its like 2-3 lbs per week max..... drink lots of water and do some exercises to help your body adjust. the exercise helps keep your metabolism going
heheh this has turned into some kind of diet thred rather than new years resoloustions
i'm sitting here wondering how velvet can say all of those things? if you've read ANY of the recent literature about nutrition, it all reflects that a high carb diet is very dangerous to health.

There was a thread once that started about suicide and ended up with Rhino sex or sth like that.. hehehe.. weird things happen at these fora
And I'm not gonna defend myself.. everyone can use google and/or there brain so.. well.. eat whatever you want..
::nods:: the harvard study recommends 1/2 the amount of starchy foods of the usda pyramid and also puts an emphasis on WHOLE grains, not the processed refined ones that most people eat.
My New Year's Resolution is to become more fluent in German so I can teach my daughters, and to learn the guitar. Luckily, my hubby can teach me the guitar...
I resolve to cut back on my cola intake. Actually, I'm going to try to cut back on sugars in general. That and I also want to learn guitar. Time to learn an instrument that I can take with me on a camping trip.
