I hopped on the scale this morning...I've lost 15 pounds...and am 2 jean's sizes smaller. i did it in about a month with no crazy dieting or even extensive excercise. Just protein, less starbucks, less refined sugar and more cooking, smaller meals. just thought I would post this, since so many people were so supportive and wonderful in their advice . Thank you so much!
i am never finding them again, until i am pregnant and then they are all mine! I prob have another 10 to lose to be where I WANT to be, which you can def have. I think I am going to need to start workign out to lose those ones though ): I want a two piece this summer. I haven't worn one in almost 3 years now.
Yeah, fitzy is good for that. He gave me a bunch of good tips for my work outs. I'm in better shape now than I think I've been in my entire life. I remember fussing and whining to him 2 years ago about positively hating crunches, how I just couldn't do them, no way, no how. Now I do those bad boys like a pro.

Fitzy should be working as a personal trainer....then selling books and videos and then making it big by telling Oprah how to get in shape. Honestly I wonder about her intelligence when it comes to losing weight. Congrats Bella!
Thanks! I have no idea how it happened that fast. I think I must have had a lot of water weight to lose or something. I HATE salad. I do love salad rolls though. Tofu spring rolls have been a staple in this effort and lots of water and green tea.

well I don't go around photographing my thighs at unflattering angles for you guys to see, otherwise you might understand. but thank you too lol. anyway all my weight gain goes straight to my thighs and I want to get them back in shape so I don't rip every pair of jeans I own, weight loss is addictive, the more you lose the more you don't want to have any fat on you whatsoever, it's dangerous. But I finally quit eating any chicken too and have felt way healthier. The only meat I eat now is the occasional fishy :drool5:
Congrats girlie! I was told protein, but then I was told that makes you fat. I've pretty much cut out sodas, snacks and such. I've been going on walks and drinking more water... I"m not sure if it's working though. heh I'm hoping I see results within the next month. My goal is to lose like 50, 60 lbs though within the next year....
her intelligence on dieting is on par with the rest of America. which, i hate to say, is quite terrible.
if you just cut out sodas and booze and eat lots of healthy protein (fish, edamame, raw almonds or basically any raw nut, corn, beans) and tons of fruits and veggies and whole grains, you will lose so much weight. soda and sugary stuff is the worst. water with lemon is golden
Gotcha! I carry all of mine in my face and gut...it's a bummer. I heard thigh fat isn't bad for you because it's not near your organs, plus you can hide it, you lucky biatch. What kinds of things do you eat for protein besides tofu? I had some satan (is that really how you spell it?) rolls at the dead show and they were so good.
thats totally doable. thats a little less than 1lb a week. i would caution you to re-evaluate every 12 weeks. take a break. eat a little above maintenance for 2-3 weeks, then start back up if you need to. excess calories will make you fat. but protein is very much essential for a successful weight loss/ body recomp
all you need to do is eat junk food and drink beer constantly and get minimal exercise. you'll be a stick person in no time.
50-60? You crazy. I've seen your pics and I don't think you have that much to lose. Thanks! It feels good! I am about 10 pounds away from being the same size I was when Andy and I first met (the pic in my gallery of us together).
