I was scouting around for labouring/gardening/handy man jobs for the summer and beyond and a post on an organic farm in the pyrenees came up, they're expanding their organic farm and need someone for land clearance/wall building/landscaping/general maintenance type work, it's only for 8 weeks but looks freaking awesome

For comparisons sake I currently work in a supermarket and I hate it, it's full of people, and I pretty much don't like people

i used to want to go work on an organic farm for a summer, just to learn how to do that (the actual farming). i wanna grow a lot of my own food one day (in a small yard, not a farm lol)

well that's one of the coolest things i've heard in a while. i need to get my german citizenship so i too can take jobs anywhere in europe.

 

Why german? With the Thatcher wannabe in power right now, i doubt it's easy to get citzenship over there.

 

I'm a dual citizen until I'm 21 or 22.... my mother's a citizen. In order to get that I'd have to serve 6 months in the german army and then it'd be all mine.... but i dont want to do that right now.

www.gumtree.com has thousands of jobs etc, you have to be an EU citizen though.....
