American guy such as myself, repulsed by my own county The Big Capitalist USA where everyone is so involved in materialistic lifestyle, get the fuck out of my county and in the great down under. Ive heard so many good things about Australia. Ive heard theres just a more, eco friendly, open minded environment and I absolutely have to get out of my country. I feel like its going to fall soon or go into another civil war. I do not support war or death or violence of any kind to solve and problems between two brothers or sisters. I want to surround myself with people of a spiritual and loving, compassionate nature. I know im only 20 but i dont need to live my whole life stuck in all the bullshit of society to get to a point where i realize its not what i want. Ive come to that conclusion at an early age. I want to be self sufficient and live as minimalistic as possible and do my spiritual study. Ive heard there are several A Course In Miracles Study Groups all over the country and there are absolutely none here, i want to reach out to those around me with like minds and come together for i know together we can accomplish a lot.
Ive heard also Australia will just straight up not let any Americans move into there countries and that there are a lot of restrictions regarding pets and animals coming overseas, which is disheartening. I have a beautiful dog who is my life companion and she goes with me everywhere. I will not leave her. I wanna find a way to like sneak into the country or something or change my id, idk.

Anybody got any advice? Tips? Anything? hahah

I have no job...but thats kinda the whole point. Im trying to leave not get tied down. I have enough money to move to anywhere and just get a place, settle in and get a job. Im just worried about immagration and passports and visas and shit like that

Haha well i know any and everywhere you go there are loving and compassionate people trying to further there spiritual path. You just have to attract them into your life. Sure ive met a lot of blood sucking parasites in my day but thats just part of this illusion and manifestations of everyones ego. But i do think its silly to say everyone is like that cause thats far from the truth. Well hopefully somebody can give me some helpful information instead of just try and put me down. Theres tends to be a lot of mixed reviews and replies on this website.

You have to adapt to circumstances. Trying to live the world in the stuck-in, stubborn ideal way that you have in your brain will never work out, because the world is so much bigger than just your brain, about 6.5 billion times more complex. Running away out of the US isn't going to change anything. You aren't going to all of a sudden experience the world operating how you wished it would operate.

If you are unwilling to work in a way compliant to (not necessarily agreeing with) the "system" you will find yourself - hopefully - in a more sensible and balanced life.
