I was wondering how many people here in RT have goals for themselves?

What are they?


How many of you don't have a clue what you want in life?


Also who out there has just given up on life and dreams? How did that happen?

I am just a curious cat today.

Im going to make myself vegetarian tacos, now THAT'S a goal

 

I just wish I could fucking sleep already..

Finish up my degree not that long to go, go to law school (GPA is good enough right now) on the East Coast of Canada, buy a lake, build a house with my own hands on it.

 

my goal is to not be a fuck up. it'll be hard, but i think with some work i can do it.

but seriously, i have no idea what i want to do with my life. theres nothing im super passionate about and i have no talents.

 

Sounds cool! I have a law degree. Never used it. Life kind of threw me a curve ball and I ended up in different direction.

 

I have no doubt you will find what you want in life. You are very intelligent.

I have aspirations of being a small town lawyer. ie: getting people out of DUIs.

 

I don't like thinking about the future. I used to all the time and it ruinned my mental health. I am where I am now and we'll see where it leads me.. I mean.. I only think about my short-term future. Right now, try and graduate college.. and then.. we'll see. It doesn't matter RIGHT NOW. Anyways, who knows, what if I don't graduate? What if.. I think I should be in the U.S still going to school in a year.. but what if I'm in Guatemala or..?? You know?? I think my only goal is to lead a life that gonna bring me happiness. Whatever I do.. that's my only goal. AND NO PLANNING! Well.. not 10 years ahead anyways

 

Well I was talking of just a general direction. If anyone understands life can bring twists and turns it is me.

I suppose I was looking for an overall dream. Perhaps I phrased the question wrong.

I mean you can have a goal (general idea of what your dream is) but not know how it is going to unfold. That is more what I was curious about.

I had no way I could ever imagine what ended up happening in my life. But I always have new things I want to learn and try.

..alright. I do have a big fantasy of living in NYC and working there as an art director or something like that. A graphic designer. A writer on the side, too.. Have a nice apartment.. and someone to share that with me. A green card!!!! hahaha that's a goal. NO, a FANTASY. cause I really just wanna be here now and.. we'll see
