I suggest Astrodienst's charts, they are much clearer.

 

Most notable in this chart is the difficult Scorpio ascendant, with the sun being in an "embracive" trine to pluto giving strong Scorpio characteristics. Communicational Mercury in a bad shape, too aggressive (square mars) and controversial (square pluto), though intentions are probably mostly good with venus being conjoined to the sun. Mars conjoined to Jupiter is the Casanova aspect

Im not sure if it is, but that original chart should be in Eastern Standard Time. That might change it.

So, what happened to you around your 14th birthday? Sun, 30 degrees - 16.36 = 13 degrees, 24 minutes = 13.5 years old. Do Solar Return and Progression charts for 13 & 14 years old.

If that is right Natal Chart you have nice 2nd house (with 3 planets) what means you will never be lack of money.
Moon in 4th house: there will be lots of moving around.
Mercury and North Node in 3rd: you like to write and communication is very important to you.
Venus in 4th: nice childhood and loving parents. Venus here means also that your own home will be very nice decorated with flowers, garden and all what belongs to Venus.
Jupiter in 7th: there will be some foreigner as a partner; she might be wealthy as well.

I don't explain the aspects, other can do that.
