So my buddy got 16 12mg Dillys and he doesnt know what the fuck to do with them or the equivalency... HE DOES NOT and will never IV like theyre supossed to be used. But do you think 12mg snorted would be enough for someone who does 60mg of Oxy throughout the day spread out?
2mg of Dilaudid is basically equivalent to 6mg of Oxycodone. But that's taken orally, in which Dilaudid only has about a 35% bio-availability. I have no idea what it is snorted, so don't go overboard with it if you haven't done it before. It doesn't last very long, but it's fairly potent.
the nasal BA is about 54.4%... there is a HUGE +/- factor with this though, and a lot of conflicting info out there.. cited here... http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/adis/cdi/2004/00000024/00000011/art00002 IME, snorting an 8mg IR hydromorphone tablet is about equivalent to about 40mg of oxycodone...i guess the math makes sense. not a perfect conversion in my opinion, because the drugs have a different nature because of differing metabolic half lifes.... [hydromorphone hits like a brick, and has a short half life... its kind of like getting hit in the head with a shovel, except it feels good.] oxycodone is more mellow, functional, and lasts longer...
Yeah, I'd definitely rather have the Oxy's, especially the old OC's. Except for the prices. I was able to get some OC-80's from a lady twice for $15 each. She didn't really know what they were going for, lol. I would cut them up into fourths with a pill cutter and snort them that way, and 20mg would do me for 5-6 hours. But overall I like the Hydro's better. They don't make me as drowsy as Oxy, they last longer and give me that nice warm glow. You can't snort them, but I really don't care. I think I'll do a CWE on some right now, lol. :sunny:
Oh great... my buddy said they are the EXH 16mg's and are crush proof Is there any way anyone here knows how to make these into dust? Without a dremel? That must be why they were only 4 Chickens each per 16mg My friend says thanks for all the responses!
There's a microwave method for Oxy's, but I don't see why it couldn't be used for Dilly's as well. Just put "microwave method for oxycontin op" into google and it comes up.
1. With your fingernail peel off the outer most colorful layer. This should come off in one to two large eggshell like piece. Inside you will see two layers. One layer is white and one is off-grey. 2. Hidden is another clear layer shell. Cut the pill in half with scissors and then again with your fingernail or exacto peel off this clear layer which reminds me of tape. This layer is difficult to get off and you may get some big pieces but plan on several breaks. 3. Now you have a white layer and grey layer. Cut the white layer off and retain this portion as you can disregard all other parts of the pill at this time. This includes the grey layer (ejection layer) which as far as I can tell contains no good shit and is only part of the delivery system. 4. Crush up the white layer as it will crumble with preassure now that the clear shell has been removed. This white clumpy powder is now able to be worked with. I will not sniff this as it gels once it gets moists. However, orally taking the 16mg of clumpy powder will show that you now have full access to the good stuff of the pill and it is no longer extended locked. Enjoy... and be careful. Thats a lot of shit in there.
