I just made one with what I have handy, it turned out great.

    1 banana
    4 medium strawberries
1 small handful red grapes( mine was 4 grapes)
    2 pineapple cubes
    2 honeydew chunks
    2 cantalope chunks
1 8 oz. container non fat vanilla yogurt
6-10 oz white grapfruit juice ( just added some...that is a guesstimate)
    1 squeeze honey
    Ice cubes

I added all the ingredients together in a blender gooified them. I then added Ice till it was the desired consistancy. Mine made about 32 ounces...perfect for 2 servings.

    frozen blueberries
    frozen raspberries
    frozen strawberries
    mango or banana--not both
whatever other fruit is laying around, preferably frozen but fresh is alright too
    orange juice
    ice

I don't know about the measurements since I just guess... Anyways just throw it all in a blender and grind it up real good.

    1 bowl of frozen strawberries
1 cup of vanilla soy milk

Throw the strawberries in the microwave for about a minute or two until they're still half-frozen but sorta soft. Then put both ingredients in a blender. Ta da! lol I eat this every morning for breakfast. I love it! Plus it only needs 2 ingredients:)

In the morning, I love making enough smoothies to last me for breakfast and lunch... There are some variations to this recipe, but this is the basic one:

    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup fresh mint
    1 large banana
    1 nectarine
    1 pear
    1 peach
    1 pint strawberries
    1 tblsp honey
.... all pureed in a blender. Very yummy!
