oh boy, dry socket sucks boy, i feel for you, unless you get lucky and youll be fine. if you are fine, try smoking through your nose (alone! because if ppl dont like ****** lipping, they definitely dont like ****** nosing) it hurts a bit, but its better than sobriety, and lets face it, im too lazy and cheap for foods bleh

Yes, you should, and while you're at it, play a little game of Russian roulette nothing bad ever comes of that.

i've gotten a dry socket from smoking weed after getting wisdom teeth pulled. it hurts but they'll just put a clove infused strip of gauze in the socket and it'll be fine. if you don't wanna risk it just make some cookies or brownies.

I've had a Lot of experience with oral surgery, with deteriorating jawbone. anyways..
at that time I even smoked cigarettes.
Seriously, Do Not Smoke after having any dental surgery - for at least 3 or 4 days. Since you already have, I think you said, just rinse with salt water more and Don't smoke.
Baked goods - just like everybody said - is the way. I promise.
