Slow Flower Growth - Should I be Worried?

yeah i wouldnt be surprised if she's stressed given what she's been through. iv been feeding her a solution of 14-10-27 nutrients but have been cutting down on it recently since i was planning to harvest next week

 

Npk 14-10-27 at 14 still quite alot of N in that for a bloom food, i like to see both the pk higher then the N. N in bloom makes the bud less compact and not so tight and a bit weaker high could even delay harvest times i would of thought. Stuff i use is a bit weak but has all the trace elements etc its 4-7-7 but scales up nicely to 16-28-28 but even then thats a little more N then I'd like, they played a swift one on me and changed the formula namely made it weaker less pk and charged more for it lol.

The plant is now in its 9th week of flowering and is still looking good. I've been reading up on how to tell if a plant is ready to harvest and apparently the only real way to do it is to look at how clear/cloudy/amber the crystals are with a microscope. I've had a look but I'm still not 100% sure what I'm looking for. I've attached two pictures and would really appreciate it if you could offer me your 2 cents.
