Who are you? Why do you look at me that way?
Was it the way I moved...the expected words I didn't say?
Why are you here? Why didn't I get to chose?
You've invaded my thoughts, poisoned my flowers, rigged it so I lose.
How can I be like you? How can I be of this race?
I scream at the sky, I spit on the ground
For putting me on this selfish place.
How do I move on, change the way I see?
Why can't you understand, I don't know any other way to be.

Who am I? Why do I look at them that way?
Was it the way they moved..the words I expected them to say?
Why am I here? They didn't get to choose.
I've invaded their thoughts, smelled all their flowers.
I told them that that they'd lose.
You're not like me, you're not of my race.
I flip off the sky, dig holes in the ground.
This is such a selfish f*cking place.

My soul has been leaking, and I wander for how much longer.
I don't know how to live like them, why can't I be stronger?

I have greatly enjoyed "The Kin of Ata" by: Dorothy Bryant. In this woman's' studies classic a utopian community is formed centered around dreams. The members live in a spiral around an ancient tree. They share anew their dreams with each other and sleep in wheel formations under the canopy of primitive unity. All learn from the children, for this is where the new dreams come. Bad or Evil dreams are called "Donagdeo." Those who encounter "Donagdeo" go into underground "Holkas" to purge their psychic debris to encourage "Nagdeo" or good and beautiful dreams to return. Humans live in harmony here. Sexuality is addressed in its manifold manifestations. "Live long and prosper."

Hey girl, you are stronger! I really enjoy reading your poems. If we are angry about things beyond our control, poetry is a great way to vent our frustrations, without the need for physical violence... Kind of turns destruction into creation...What do you think?

    I love you, anyway...

I've been known to say, I was embarrassed to be human,
that I was not of the human race, that I was on a ship
moving thru space and we just stopped here for cig's and
a new CD to pass the light years, came outta the bathroom
on pearblossom Hwy to find thy left me behind, I think you
put a unique vision on what I and possibly others feel every day.
    Good Thought!

It's very reassuring to know that other people feel this way sometimes. Thank you for the understanding.

I like this question. I say the reflection of light, yea...if that makes sense.

It ALL "makes sense". In time. Do you dig that? So as to say that "sense", or perception, is made by virtue of the passage of a point through space and time. The point is but a reflection, or projection, of all that it passes through, and all that it passes through is a magnified projection of it. The interplay of the One and the Other(and is not the Other itself the One) is that of which "existance" is comprised, a maddening, endless cycle. So, if ALL is a projection of thee, and thee a projection of ALL, than what are the chances, that by modifying what we project, we might modify ALL? And yet this is only the shaft of that motionless arrow that is our imagination. If one can but grasp that, much revelation may consequently result.

I could expound on this at greater length, but to do so would cheat you of your own inevitable discoveries in the matter.
