I am starting to feeln like I am slipping back into my depression. Everything is so hard right now. I really need some advice. Has anybody got any advice for helping pull me out before a total replapse? I absolutely want nothing to do with meds,, adn therapy gave me panic attacks and was a waste of time for me. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.xxx
do you exercise? sometimes i find just going for a walk every day can make a difference. it might also be helpful to get your blood tested to make sure your iron and vitamin B12 levels are okay.
I usually mentally prepare, for every October/fall-winter when I begin to slip. I compile motivational messages, journals, and movies. I will watch cheery movies, comedies, and take brief walks. I listen to music, think on the bright side, and go to church. All this helps me.
