im not sure if its just me, but when i have a boyfriend or a guy i dig, when they get a haircut i seem to find them less attractive or something.. i think longer sort of hair complements a guys face a lot more.
It truly depends on the guy and the facial structure. I like myself with long hair, but it gets really nappy and is ridiculously hard to maintain... so I'm doing the short hair now, and I like it... looks more mature. But yet again... some girls look really good with short hair, while others look wonderful with long hair. I'm stating the obvious here though.
I can't really keep up with long hair. It's trouble. In the morning I like to wake up, run a toothbrush across my teeth, shower, some deodorant, done. I put on clothes some days. I look alright with long hair, but I don't like spending time crimping in front of the mirror.
^agree in every respect and then some, rubin. long or short hair doesnt matter so long as it fits the person's look well. it is completely irrelevant what gender they are, in my opinion and personally i really have a thing for girls who look good with short hair....little is sexier to me than a girl who has really short hair but still looks cute as hell.....and in these situations, the shorter the better....a girl with her head shaved or a really, really close buzzcut drives me wild, if it looks good on her....i guess you could call it my "thing" so to speak but then again, if it doesnt suit her, nothing is LESS attractive than a girl with super short hair.
In the warm months I keep my hair really short almost buzzed and in the colder month I let it get longer but still keep it at a brush it back and its good to go. I am hair lazy.
My husband used to have the most gorgeous long hair when we were dating. It was part of his rebellion against his mother, his religion, and the fact that he was a bass player in a band. Seriously, we're talking thick, lush shampoo commercial hair. While I loved his hair, I sercretly coveted it because it was prettier than mine. Anyhow, he cut off his beautiful long locks when he changed fields in his line of work. At first, I wasn't sure what I thought of his short hair, but you know, it kind of grew on me. Now, I love his hair short. When it starts to get too long and scruffy looking, I tell him he needs to get a hair cut. Now facial hair, that's a different story. I love facial hair. Not scruffy looking, but neat. My husband has only shaved off all of his facial hair a handful of times within our 11 years together, and I've been close to tears the times that he has. I think facial hair makes a man look rugged sexy, kind of bad boyish. Hehe!
wow theres brilliance ^ i find it kind of odd or sad perhaps that one feels "turned off by a hair style or length ... if i am put off by a hair style then i am a pretty superfukkinficial person and i would be trying to figger out how the fuk to better myself
my ex had long curly hair and when he would get a hair cut ide be secretly disapointed but then i get used to it and actually think its really sexy. thats cos he had the face to pull it off
i werent the one started this thread nor the one that made the original statement, i dont see where i need to work at anything,,,that has to do with this particular thread....
pfft, I measure each one of my man's pubes and armpit hair to see if they are long enough... And if they are not he's off and I get a new guy and start the same process over again until I find that perfect match and then it's love... I don't understand one's perception of love based on what hair they have... If someone dumped me due to my hair, I would probably assume they have a form of mild retardation...
umm.. i said slightly turned off. and i also said that i get over it. maybe some you guys should stop being negative and mean, on a 'random thoughts' thread..
