During this summer I slept under the sky for the first time!! It was wonderful to watch the stars before you went asleep and I slept like a baby, more comfortably than in my bed! Peace to you, friends... Edith
RIGHT ON! i did a whole lot of hiking over the course of the summer, probubly 6 weeks total of under the star sleeping, totaly groovy man, cept for in the rain...
a group of us were traveling on our way to a gathering..this was in costa rica, and had to stop for the night at a small town out in the boonies. there was only 1 or 2 small rooms available so we let the family with babies take it and me and this other fellow decided to hike down this hill cause we heard a river down there somewhere and found ourselves a place to sleep. we woke the next sunny morning to a beautiful sight of horses across this huge flowing river, stripped our clothes and had a nice brisk morning swim. that was probably one of the fondest times i had sleeping under the stars...
I'm glad you did that, I do it quite often and its so lovely! I like waking up and hearing the birds and seeing the sunrise.
i sleep in the star lit motel hehehe most times outta the year, rain or shine, iam not worryed bout rain, i got a tarp and a tent
I slept under the stars for the first time when I was 12 years old and it was the most incredible feeling. I lived with my parents at the time, but I had a friend stay over all summer and we took our sleeping bags outside in the grass and just looked at the stars and talked all night long. It's an amazing feeling to be in touch with nature!
I love sleeping under the stars! Haven't done it in a while...but in September, maybe October...not sure now. My mom, my stepdad, and my friend went up to White Salmon, WA...bout an hour from here. My stepbro lives up there, so we all got together to eat dinner. Me and my friend rode in the back of the Elcamino all the way. It was cool. But the best was coming back. The stars were amazing! It was cold, good thing my mom brought blankets...but it was soooooooo worth it to see the stars!
I loved everybodys stories! I absolutly LOVE sleeping under the stars!!! It all started when I was very little. My family is fortunate to own lake property in PA. and instead of sleeping indoors my dad-then- put up tents for myself and my sister---the rest is history. Sunshine!
