It seems I generally get anywhere from 3-5 hours of rest every night. For the most part I feel just fine. Actually, when I sleep more than this I feel sluggish. Should I be getting more, or is there nothing wrong with this little of sleep? How much do you sleep?
5 is enough. It might not seem enough, but if you trained yourself to only need a few hours of sleep, it becomes enough. I need 4-6 hours.
Okay, that's what I thought. To me it is enough. Therefore, I feel great. All those wasted hours, I don't get it.
I sleep loads. About 9 hours a night. I fell asleep earlier today though, not good. I meant to nap for 30 minutes, but at some point I turned my alarm off and ended up waking two hours later. But i cant remember and its bugging me.
I generally don't fuck around when it comes to sleep. I get anywhere from 9-10 hours lately! I'm a real good sleeper.
I get about 4-5 hours and doze during the day before I go to work. I have found that when I eat properly drink fluids properly I'm fine with that amount of sleep... Good times. When I don't I feel like shite... Bad times.
