Motherfuckers who take hour and a half lunches every other day... leaving work 10-15 minutes early all the time... taking off every other Friday... always killing the morale with their negative perceptions and lack of motivation... don't you hate them?
Nope, don't hate them..That would take me caring, which is something I don't do... I just do my job and not worry or watch others...
Some janitor at my building had the nerve to leave a note on the men's bathroom door talking about "If you mess up the toilet, clean up after yourselves." Da fuck? That's YOUR job.... I don't care if there's shit everywhere or vomit all over the floor... if you don't like dealing with that, then being a janitor is not for you. Nobody forced you to take the job. Go sell drugs or be a hooker... fuck. I have no energy or patience for people complaining about things they are SUPPOSED to do on their jobs.
Why get so mad at that, I find it comical.. Just shrug it off... I deal with a lot of simpletons and morons at my job, I laugh at them, not hate or get angry, I simply laugh, Ha-Ha... I don't even care if they aren't doing their job, even if I have to do it because they can't.. That's life, shit happens, ya' know...
i cant slack at my job, Im a waitress, and depend on tips. Sometimes it is le extra stressful. Like tonight when Ill be waiting AND bartending.
thank god I dont have to deal with slackers. my job is very easy going as it is, if othergirl doesnt do her job, I just have her fired. easy as pie. more moneys for me.
So far this is all describes the typical government employee... Arrives at work 9:30-10:30 (gets paid from 9:00) Out in the field until lunch Lunch (11:00 until 2:00) In again from 2:00 to 3:30 Leaves or stops taking calls 3:30 Gets paid until 5:00
Haha, I'm sure people take janitorial jobs because they really want to clean random people's piss off the toilet seats. I'm sure their pay reflects this as well. Maybe the note can serve as reminder to act like an adult and wipe your piss and shit off yourself. Do you piss on the seat at home and leave it for someone else to clean? Seems like a reasonable request to me.
I feel you, but it's different when you're on a team and you have others whose work you may be waiting on or whose work reflects upon your department as a whole. As a manager, I care about the FIRM'S success, as well, as mine... because if the firm goes under due to incompetence or lack of diligence, then I'll be out of a job. It's the whole "one weak link in the chain" theory I care about.
