I have been thinking about posting this question as it has sit in my head for many years. Little history about my self. At the age of 4 i had a type of cancer called nerualblastoma. They removed it with a surgery no chemo or anything else. I had to take some hard steroids at that time and after for a year or so to build my body weight and health up. My penis is rather small and with a red face i am saying small It is not very big around or long. In fact if i am nude and standing you can hardly see it. NOW i am a big guy and have always been one i am now 6'5 and 470 as a kid i was over weight not as much as i am now but big. But i had a friend the same weight as me who would make any girl smile he was short big and i would say at least 8 inch's and had good width. I have came to think it is because of the steroids and the cancer. Heck i did not really need to shave more then once amonth till i was 20 or 21. Could it be the steroids or just my weight. Also is there any thing i could take to make it bigger and i mine bigger not just alittle. Also what about surgery is that even a possibility. I have thought about asking my doctor but it is not something i think any guy would want to ask anyone about. What do you think is there a solution or am i doomed.
I think surgery is the only way to enlarge penis indefinitely, probably about 1-2in. If you aren't less than 5 or 6 don't get this surgery, there is no need for it. Pornography/money grubbing commercials like enzyte/tv show hung all make it out like having this is going to change your sex life forever. Plus it makes it sound like if your not hung like a donkey you can't please a woman which is HIGHLY not true (browse the penis threads and u will see for yourself what the ladies think) If you are average 5.5 to 7 in don't do it. I'm 26 and still can't/never will be able to grow a beard/goatee...I get enormous amounts of peach fuzz and still look like I'm 18
Honestly i would say less then 4 hard maybe 3 never measured it. I have had sex with 3 differnt girls. All where happy. I knew early i would need to know how to use my tounge and fingers.

Big guys like you have a lot of fat around your midsection, and it is likely that your penis is bigger than you think it is. Measure it from the pubic bone on top to the meatus (hole) in the glans with a ruler, straightening out all curves.
Better still, measure the amount of displacement you can manage by putting your penis into some kind of tube, as this will accurately give the maximum penetrable length.
