I know, I know.. another hemp jewelry thread!
I hate to make another one, but I would really like some help with this.

I was reading up on some different types of knots you can use, and I ran across an article describing a "wrapping knot," the same type that is used for wrapping hair.. which I would also really like to learn. This knotting also only uses two strands of hemp, which I think would be nice for a lighter, thinner piece.
The description I found, however, isn't really clear.

    The Description:

I don't understand Step 2, what's a half hitch? It doesn't really tell you how to do it, just what to do?

If anyone can help me out with this, I would really appreciate it.

I made this video for you. Sorry if the camera is jolty. The camera was nestled under my chin because my tripod is in the car and I'm too lazy to get it. Anyway, this is a wrap knot that I think you're talking about. Don't worry, it won't look like what I already have. I just did the example on an existing project.

    Thank you both!
The video was very helpful, and now I understand perfectly.

I think I was trying to make it more difficult than it is.
