I LOVE Simon and Garfunkal. My favorite song of theirs is Mrs. Robinsen. Anyone else like them.

Love 'em. My favorite would have to be "The Boxer".
    Followed by Sounds of Silence.

My life took a momentous turn when I saw the movie, "The Graduate", when it came out in 1967 and I was 15. Before that, I would have to say I had no taste or appreciation of music. The soundtrack blew my mind.

I pretty much had all their albums before I bought anyone else's. I discovered I could sing by singing along.

My favorite songs would be Hazy Shade Of Winter, Scarborough Fair/Canticle, Sound Of Silence, The Boxer, and I Am A Rock.

The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy) was the processional song at my wedding.

Simon & Garfunkel will always have a very special place in my heart.

    Icons.

Can't forget the engineers and producers that made that sound for them though.

This is an excerpt from an interview with Roy Halee, one of the unsung heros responsible for the success of S&G's "Sound of silence"

Sundazed Records is doing some brilliant all analog vinyl pressings if you're that way inclined.

I got the 'herbal' one. Released in 1966 it's already anti establishment & Vietnam war.

Late In The Evening is good, but it's just Paul Simon, no Garfunkel.

Scarborough Fair, a little mystical, Bridge Over Troubled Water for some good vocals by Garfunkel, I Am a Rock for great harmony, Cecilia for an upbeat song.

I went to see them when they got back together temporarily to do a tour. There were a lot of people there that grew up listening to them. It was a great concert. There was quite a bit of room on the floor so a lot of us abandoned our seats to go down and see them up close, security didn't mind. Garfunkel got a standing ovation and applause for his incredible rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water.
