should i jus take out that on is bad looking?

here is a pic of both plants. one ok and the bad one. should i take the bad lookin one out. so mabe the other one might have a chance to get better and healthyer and mabe the buds will get kinda bigger and beter looken. so i can have at least one good plant?
would that help at all and if i took better care of the kinda good one outlind in red. would it get any better cence it would be the only one in there and is kinda healthyer lookin than the other one?
