Basically I got a problem with my penis, the frenulum is short and it's tight. Doctors advised that I took a circumsion or a frenuloplasty with a preputioplasty. He said both of them are valid but if I take the frenuloplasty and the preputioplasty, the problem could come back because it's not guarrenteed everything is gonna go fine. However with a circumcision, everything will be fine. Too many things worry me..if I take a circumcision, will the pain be enormous? Will I like it? Do they make you sleep while you're having the surgery?
Formertechno -the doctor will use a local anaesthesia, in the area of your penis. It is just like filling a cavity - no pain at all, except for the initial shot. Afterwards there will be a little pain, but the doctor will prescribe painkillers for you to use for a few days. Enjoy your new look and feel!
If your circumcision is really medically necessary then go for it. But if you don't need it my advice is to not get a circumcision. There's a good discussion about circumcision on this thread.
Take the circumcision. A frenuloplasty? Why get some weird procedure, that will probably cost more, and has a chance of not completely fixing the problem? Circumcisions are common and no one will know you had any type of problem. It's not like you won't be normal or look normal with a circumcision(unless your in Europe, lol). No matter what they do they might have to stick you with a huge needle in your penis to numb it for whatever procedure you end up getting. I guess that's all you have to worry about.
