Now that's its over, I feel better talking about it. One of my boys was at his dad's house and the other one was sleep so I told my oldest that I was going to get some milk. She and her sister asked for apples and fruit snacks. I left but when I shut the door it woke up the baby (he's 2). So I get in my car and the 2 year old unlocks the door and steps outside, looking for me. My oldest picks him up and brings him back into the house. He never made it pass the doormat. I walked out the house at 3:55. At 4:00, the police were called and told that these children had been outside for a long time, their mother wasn't home, and that one of the children was carrying a baby. My children were in the house watching a movie. The police come and question my daughter, she freaks out because the police have NEVER been to our house before and refuses to tell him my cell phone number or my name. The cops were going to call CPS but the lady across the hall was like 'that's not necessary. if that girl left them here, she's coming right back, I'll watch them" I get home at about 4:30. I already knew because they called my cell phone. And that was that. CPS contacted me and they came out to the house yesterday. The lady takes one look at me, my home, and my kids. Tells me that she can see that it was bullshit. That a parent has the right to choose when a child has reached the age that they can handle being alone at home. She also told me to watch out and be careful around my neighbors because they are not my friends That...I knew So I know who it was........should I beat that bitch's ass?
That was a shitty thing to do but if you beat her ass she could slap one on you and then you'd be even more pissed. I might go over and talk with her but I wouldn't do it if it's going to end up biting you in the ass.

I don't think you should beat her up. She could then really do you damage....But you should plant drugs on her. That would REALLY do something to her
i'd be in a furious rage, but sensible enough not to risk behavior that would further endanger my children. my first desire would be to cut her phone lines and generally menace her until she moves away. but getting caught means losing the babies. the bitch DESERVES to be flayed alive, but unfortunately, our world is unjust. the one with the cops on speed dial and the willingness to lie are the ones with the power. i would contact an attorney, though, if the harassment continues.
