I TOTALLY lose control of my emotions when I'm getting my period. I don't know, I cry, I get irritated by everything, get angry, get depressed..it's so bad!

And no matter that I am on bc or not..

Is there anything that can fix/at least help this?

I'm like that too. I get horrendous PMS, and I'm not on BCPs. I hate it!

I feel like shit right now. I don't know if it's period-related though. I don't know when I'm supposed to get my period this month.. since I've stopped bc, it's absolutely, totally irregular.. and I don't feel cramps.. which usually help me tell.. but I feel like complete shit. I hope it's that.

Yep, I am exactly the same Penny. No good advice except indulging and pampering yourself to get the moodiness to subside.
