Shell leaking oil into the North Sea.

    Just what we needed in the UK to put the icing on the cake, an environmental catastrophe! I wonder what the cherry will be..?

    What we have at the moment is a "significant" leak (my ex-girlfriend was prrone to them), though there are fears that this could turn into a large uncontrolled release (I've had a few of them myself).

    I really can't stand the idea of these dispersants that they use on oil spills. Surely they can't help in the long run!

    We'd like to think that they'd learn from all this, but they never do and they're polluting the very water we need to survive.

    This is terrible
    The oceans are such majestic places and
    so important to our planet
    I saw first hand what the oil did in the Gulf of Mexico....it’s so important to protect our natural resources
