So I shaved my pubes because they were quite messy :)afro:) and I thought I could be cleaner without them. Except now, I'm faced with the prickly stubble around my penis, and it is quite unbearably uncomfortable. Is there any way to combat this?

That is exactly the reason why I don't shave down there.
That, and I can't be bothered to do so.

Talcum powder or corn starch might help some...plus it feels good to apply it. Do you have problems shaving facial hair? If you use anything to help with that it might work. Except you sure as hell wouldn't want anything alcohol based on freshly shaved nuts...you'd go into orbit.

The Best Treatment For Shaving Pimples And Itch, Is Prantal Powder, Iv'e Used It

For Years And Pimples And Shaving Bumps Dissappear In 12 Hours...

Only Problem Is It May Not Be Available In Your Country Under That Name,

But Your Local Chemist Has A Product Cross Reference Chart And That

Should Help You Locate Something The Same...:).

if you have never shaved this region before., your fucked for now.. But after a few more shaves in the near future it may get better and less irritating.. but NOT RIGHT NOW it will not !! It will only get worse if you mess with it now. Allow the hair to grow back for a while. Apply cold wash cloths and warm. do not rub: Apply Talc powder^mentioned when totally dry. Use HAIR drier to get as dry as possible..

after its no longer painful and feeling funny : begin to condition the hair with softener products and inhibitor > Do not use hair remover products til the hair and skin has been conditioned. Once you begin using these softener, you can shave and it will be much more easier. Use inhibitors creams after shaving. repeated use of inhibitors will stop hair permanently, it may take yrs but it does work eventually..

Messy? That's just fur looking the way it's meant to look.

How about being a good hippie and trusting the natural human body, avoiding mass-produced consumer products, and never ever joining in fashionable trends?

It's outrageously funny the way people keep coming to Hipforums to talk about how insecure they are with their bodies and how they're desperate to conform, conform, conform.

There isn't a lot you can do at this point man. Just don't do it again once they grow back.. and if you must i suggest waxing.. It doesn't grow back prickly at all.

    Very profound.

However, I shave down there (when I remember), I do all my shaving in the shower nowadays, which is only my face and parts of the sexual weapon area. You get used to the stubble over time, even within a few days you will cease to register it. It is best not to shave a sore area, wait until it stops hurting, then shave it again. I don't use shaving cream for my face or funk zone, just the hot water that streams down my toned, taut masculine body in rivulets of desire. All the products are only that: Products.

I like the pluck the hairs from that area. At first it's a little painful but as time goes on there is no pain at all, they'll just pull out very easily. It takes awhile to get them all but when they are gone it's nice and smooth down there.

I use my beard trimmer without a guard. Keeps it clean but no razor burn

i've heard about shaving down under. the trick is that in australia, pubic hair grows in the opposite direction.

Been shaving my manhood for years. Do it every other day on the shower. Like the look and feel , and the stubble isn’t a problem. You just have to keep after it.

Just shave more often, everyday or every other day. Or go get manscaped, waxing will keep you smooth for a while.

if you're going for the shaved look, you definitely need to do it more often than that.
