I have what seems to be a cut on my penis, I can peel the flap of skin away that’s on my penis head. And beneath it is just normal skin. Not sure what this could be??

No not foreskin it’s actually on the head started off as a small lump. The bit of skin/spot/lump can be peeled back to almost fully away
