Masturbate in front of someone, or have them masturbate for you, or masturbate for each other . . . or you touch your partner & masturbate him/her, and s/he can touch & masturbate you, at the same time. The more you masturbate, the more you'll learn about how you like it . . . and you'll be more aware of how a partner might like to be touched. When I masturbate, I often think of great sex I've had in the past, or I think about some incident where I could have made beautiful love, but I was too shy and too slow on the uptake. (It's called a do-over, as in "I wish I could do it over again.") Good luck.
I say make a big deal out of masturbating, dont just get yourself off in 5 minutes, seduce yourself, run yourself a nice bath, dress ikn sexy clothes and go for yourself like you're two people
