Oh yeah, there's always a scam. You would think that as long as that stuff has been going on, everyone should be informed by now.
This is why they need to legalize it and regulate it already. Women who work the brothels in Nevada have, like, 401(k)'s and shit. EDIT: This is in regards to everything being discussed on the first page. I didn't realize this thread was three pages long already.
I agree. But the regulating/enforcing thing has to be done right. Otherwise the legalisation will still be abused by pimps, human traffickers, certain customers etc.
Yep, it has really taken off. And, I agree with you. Maybe it will reduce some of the other shit going on (rapes and such). I don't know if it truly would, but I'm optimistic.
If they legalized it, and did it right, it could get rid of the pimps. Women would have protections and support of law enforcement, and they could manage themselves. They won't need those worthless pieces of shit to "so call" protect them.
As long as there are pedophiles, there will be child sex slaves. There is no way to legally address that, so the children will always be victims. But as far as things like STDs, abusive pimps, rapes, beatings, etc. we've already seen the legal prostitution address all of these issues.
There’s no way to protect people from disease. Many STDs are contagious months before they produce a positive test. Testing prostitutes only gives false hope
