Maiden name: Janet Noel. Born: December 21, 1947. Two sons, born February 1972 and May 1973. (Boys' names at the time, Space Cowboy and Leif Leary, but they could have been changed since then.) She had a black Afghan hound dog named Hair, that could dance standing up, get invisible, turn into a monkey, and fly. (He was a total show-off.) Jan called a mutual friend in Los Angeles when the Cowboy graduated high school, but the "friend" said she didn't have an address for me (she did) and she didn't get any contact info for Jan. (I got the message like thirteen or fourteen years after the call!) I'd been an unrepentant marijuana fugitive from before Jan and I met until 2003, and was mostly on the road hitchhiking until 1992, and still moved around a lot after that, so I was never real easy to locate without knowing my mail drop. Jan had been fresh out from Key West, living with a group of Deadheads in Long Beach, California, when I first met her (at 537 7th Street by Magnolia, early 1971). We spent time together by the nude swimming hole on the river at tiny Takilma, Oregon, (in our green pup-tent, June-October 1971), San Francisco, (livin' at The Red House, 1528 Haight Street, winters of 1971-2 and 1972-3.) and Norfolk, Virginia, (summer of '72.) (Saw the Rolling Stones there!) She came up to Vernon, B.C., Canada, with the boys to visit me Christmas of '73, then returned to San Francisco. We kept in touch through various moves until 1975, when we both suddenly changed addresses at the same time and just fell out of touch. Pics of me from then and now are on www.myspace.com/cornholewallace. Thanks for any help locating these folks. Bob.
