    you can't even decide what to post so you just put the "approximate" sign? i don't know if i can really help you with that; i rarely post threads because i have trouble deciding what to post about too.

    Actually, it means both approximate/similar (in math) and negation (in logic). Since his post wasn't very logical, I just assumed it was math usage.
