Not as far as i know. I started on hormones when i was about 22/23. And the effects on me have been very minimal. If you're very unlucky like me, and your body has become very masculinised after puberty, then you will probably not see a great difference after starting hormones. Well i know i certainly didnt. Though i can only speak from my own personal experiece. Yes, you will. I was seeing a psychologist for about 2 years before i was sent to a specialist who was qualified to see to my condition. It is quite easy to see why so many people who suffer with this never get any help, or persevere once they do get it. The medical profession (at least in my experience) seem to put as many obstacles in your way as possible. Making surgery for a lot of people, including me, little more than a fantasy that will never happen. I hope i've been some help to you.
