Three times, I've seen things after waking up

1st time, I had a crazy dream where I got stabbed, I felt the pain, then woke up, and saw crazy psychopathic writing all over the walls, they were full on words numbers and equations. This lasted 30 seconds or so.

2nd Time I was in a foreign place, and woke up looked across the room and saw someone staring at me. again it lasted 30 seconds then they disappeared.

3rd time, I woke up and saw my mobile phone screen glowing red, but I know the phone can't do this.

Any answers, these have all happened in the last year, but never before that.

iv had this once when i was at a friends house...i was sleeping in a hamock and 2 of my other friends were sleeping in bunk beds next to me when in the corner of my eye i slowly realised that there was the black outline of an old man wearing a top hat with a beard....the way i noticed it was odd though because even though i could see it in the corner of my eye it was there for around 5 mins before i finally realised that it wasnt normal
then i looked straight at him/it and 20 seconds later it just vanished...i nearly shat myself haha

once saw a guy with no head walking towards my bed. i started screaming and my dad ran in and noone was there. sometimes if a nightmare is bad enough you will just still see things right after waking up

I had a dream I was hit by a hammer and I had a bruise on my arm when I got up.. Round like the head on a hammer.. I took a real hammer and held it up to the mark and it was perfect..

Dreams are made in the right side of the brain(which is the creative side), maybe the left side(logic) takes over too slow when you wake up.

I don't see anything close to what you see after you wake up...but if I ever wake up (on my own, without somebody jolting me awake), I swear, I can see through my eyelids, but I'm not looking at the actual physical plane. if I just let go, shapes become clearer, but it's look nothing like whats physically there. anybody know what I mean?

there's definitely another world in there.

I've seen crazy things during sleep paralysis.

One time I was in a blinding white space with unseen entities physically examining me.

Another time I saw a floating entity above the foot of my bed that had an infinite amount of tentacles.

Another time I felt someone tap my shoulder as I was falling asleep.

Those are hypnopompic hallucinations....it happens to me a few times a week, as I'm waking up or falling asleep, usually (but not always) with sleep paralysis.
This morning, I had a dream where I was on a bus, and the bus started moving extremely fast...felt like some kind of spaceship. I woke up and I was paralyzed and everything seemed to be vibrating intensely, as if I was moving at the speed of light. I was hearing all this weird electrical interference and digital noise, and then it finally stopped and I was lying in bed and everything looked normal again.
It's usually more disturbing or weird stuff, but I'm pretty used to it and it doesn't scare me so much anymore.
