Honesty up front has always worked best for me. I ran an ad seeking a bi woman to go to swing parties with me. It worked in the 90s on Yahoo Personals and again in the 2000s with Craigslist. Unfortunately, both are gone now. Haven't tried it on Doublelist.
Long time ago, most people are posting free ads on craigslist to find their needs, but now it shuts down that section as sex-trafficking. I think that is easy and difficult for you to find woman who could accept your bi sexual orientation.The best way is to find a woman who are also bisexual or bi-curious. Note: most straight still not accept the bi group in society.
Honestly I'd say your best option is dating sites and then be open and upfront about your bi side in your profile text at least then the women will know before even engaging in a potential relationship that you have theese desires. Sad thing is that there is also still a lot of bi women who don't accept bi sexual males, and even in the gay community you'll often find guys that don't accept bi males
