Ok i just got a hold of 10 50 mcg/h fentanyl patches and 8 1000 mcg suckers and just wondering if their are some alternative ways to doing anything that could save them or make the effects stronger any ideas from experience would be greatly appreciated

 

You've got one of the most potent painkillers known to man; the very fact that you're asking a question about making them stronger suggests you shouldn't be making them stronger.

make sure you know your shit with doses... fentanyl is a relatively dangerous drug and not something you should fuck around with lightly.

i gotta agree with spens, he probably shouldn't be snorting that stuff if he's never done it before... but it also might not be a good idea to slap the patch on, in case it's meant for someone who might be more tolerant than the OP.

i know a lot of people cut out a fraction of the gel and eat it, which would be pretty similar to the lollipop and probably the safest method at this point. just, like i said, be VERY aware of exactly how much you're taking. seriously.

I used fent 100mcg patches for a short time once. With mine there was gel inside the patch which you could cut open to take the gel out or cut it in peices. With the gelyou just rub the gel on your gums and the inside of your cheeks. But its important to start slow because of how powerful it can be. I wasnt a big fan of the fentanly feeling, not much euphoria to me.

 

Fentanyl is a very dangerous analgesic and if not respected, it will kill you. At the worst point in my dope-shooting career, I would do a drug and not read up on it at all. Many times I took too much and had a bad experience but with Fentanyl, I did not care how bad I was jonesin', I looked that shit up on the Internet every time. I could help you out a lot more if I knew what your average dose of your opiate of choice was and how often you use that opiate at that dose. With the lollipops, your best bet is to break the actual candy off of the stick and rest it between your gums and your cheek, that is the best way to abuse the drug. Let it sit there until you start feeling some effects and then take it out and put it in a safe, clean place. After a while, if you are not satisfied with the buzz you have, put the sucker back in and let it sit for a while. What kind of patches do you have? Can you get to the gel in them or are they the flat ones with no gel? If you will answer these questions then I will be able to help you more with what kind of dose you should take. Good luck, man. It was very smart of you to ask about Fentanyl before diving right in to it. Many people do not read up on it and they end up overdosing and even killing themselves with the drug. I lost two friends who were opiate-naive and died in their sleep after putting on a 50mcg/hr Fentanyl patch. Bad shit, man, bad shit.

Its an anesthestic not an analgesic my dosage is about anywhere from 50-150 mgs of oxycodone or hydrocodone a day I have a tolerance I heard about cutting the patch open and rubbing it in your gums just wanted to confirm that but once I cut this thing I cant where it anymore so I was thinking of wearing it for a day and a half then trying that

 

oh yeah and it looks like I can get to the gel I didnt know what you mean by flat ones though so these may be it
