Unicorn?

 

The single female, willing to be the third is usually called a unicorn.
Because they don't exist (is the joke) but yeah, they can be hard to find.

 

Finding a single man for a third is pretty rare too.

Finding thirds, is tough in general.

 

Oooooh ok. Well, I guess I've been a unicorn before then lol. Anywho, yeah I'm super picky and have a good feeling about this. I've never been involved with someone that wasn't a friend first, so new territory for me.

 

There have been a very few times that there were about 2 feet (and more) of snow in drifts...the schools and some businesses always close when we get snow that sticks. Even tho' nobody would go to any business but a grocery store during weather like that, you will always hear about different businesses being open...gotta be open to make that almighty important dollar!


Even though I say I like cold weather more than hot weather, I will quickly admit I have literally no idea what it would be like to endure the kind of cold you describe. I'd probably wimp out and be crying for the hot summer. lol

 

is it just me or is HF getting awful controversial this week?

For your solo recital are you singing high soprano?

 

I sing high soprano all the time. This choir thing is temporary.....

But this song in particular is definitely a mezzo range. At my school it tends to be pretty distinct- either you're singing opera and crazy whistle tone shit, or you sing mezzo.

Between the 10th and 11th grades, my voice changed...not as obviously as a boy's of course. But I could hit high C no prob.

I didn't "sing" sing that summer and when I went back to school, my singing voice was completely different. I was alto, and then in later years my voice is more of a tenor. Bass is not out of the question.

Lynn, I've learned I have a pretty big range. that's how I ended up an alto in choir. I can sing from a bass clef C, to about a fifth above high C (but then we're talking whistle tones)

Unfortunately they liked my lower range a lot and were in need of nice tone down there.
