I literally can't pee in any public washroom, but I can go anywhere anytime outside. Just recently, I had to go so bad but was in the middle of town... and you know those little outdoor washrooms they sometimes have outside of a convenience store or whatever? I didn't wanna go in it, so I just went outside beside it, and it was pretty late and dark so i only assuumeed i'd be safe... some guy ended up shinning a flashlight on me with his phone or something lololol...

Its funny because he must have been like WTF!? Why are you peeing ON the washroom!? you're supposed to go IN them... harharhar..
